ABOUT US
This Agreement regarding the service for any kind of music composed and delivered online to you within the platform/website (“www.soniqmoniq.co.uk”).
 
We provide you access to the Platform subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).

TERMS OF USE
1- Use of www.soniqmoniq.co.uk includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.
2- Services on www.soniqmoniq.co.uk are offered for a price established. Only registered users can buy and sell services on www.soniqmoniq.co.uk . Registration is free.
3- If you elect to register with us, you will be prompted to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and perhaps certain additional information that will assist us in authenticating your identity when you login in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). Each Sign-In Name and corresponding Password can be used by only one User. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Sign-In Name, Password, and Unique Identifiers, as well as for any use, misuse, or communications entered through the Platform using one or more of them.
TRANSACTIONS
1- The Platform provides you and others the ability to connect with other Users to negotiate transactions for Projects, and enter into an agreement for the purpose of providing, various types of music-related products, such as composing, performing, online lessons, editing, mixing, samples, loops, library music and producing.
2- The use of any content or services that are provided by one User (“Seller”) to another User (“Buyer”).
3- Buyers pay www.soniqmoniq.co.uk  in advance to facilitate an order. Services should be ordered using the ‘Order’ or ‘Pay’ button on the service or custom offer page.
4- Sellers are paid upon the successful completion of an order. 
5- After a project has been created/opened on the platform, you are strictly prohibited from negotiating and executing a transaction related to that project outside of the platform. Your rights to continue using the platform will immediately terminate upon your violation of this paragraph.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website includes material, such as videos, photographs, software, text, graphics, images, sound recordings, and other material provided by or on behalf of Soniq Moniq (collectively referred to as the “Content”). The Content may be owned by us or third parties. The Content is protected under both the UK and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Except for non-commercial use, you may view all Content for your own personal. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of Soniq Moniq. Soniq Moniq retains all rights, titles, and interests, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Content. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the Content on any other website, social media page, or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access the Content and the Platform automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos of Soniq Moniq (the Trademarks”) used and displayed on the Platform are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of Soniq Moniq. Other company, product, and service names located on the Platform may be trademarks or service marks owned by others (the “Third-Party Trademarks,” and, collectively with Soniq Moniq Trademarks, the “Trademarks”). Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Trademarks, without our prior written permission specific for each such use. Use of the Trademarks as part of a link to or from any site is prohibited unless the establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing. All goodwill generated from the use of Trademark inures to our benefit.
Elements of the Platform are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other state and federal laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part, by any means, including, but not limited to, the use of framing or mirrors. None of the Content may be retransmitted without our express, written consent for each and every instance.
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP AND LIMITATIONS
You are allowed to post content on the Platform (collectively, “Content”). You expressly acknowledge and agree that once you submit your Content for inclusion into the Platform or our social media pages, it may be accessible by others and that there is no confidentiality or privacy with respect to such Content, including, without limitation, any personally identifying information that you may make available.
www.soniqmoniq.co.uk does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
We invite everyone to report suspected violations together with proof of ownership. Reported violating content will be removed.
TERMINATION
Soniq Moniq reserves the right to terminate your account and/or access at any time, and for any reason at our sole discretion.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, licensees, licensors, and assigns harmless from and against any damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, claims, actions, and/or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, we and such parties may incur arising or resulting from: (a) your breach or violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws; or (b) your infringement of any copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; (c) your use of the Site. This provision shall survive the termination of these Terms of Service for any reason.
